ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

We are excited that you chose to shop with us so we are moving fast to get your order out to you as soon as possible, preferably within the next 1-3 business days if we can,  but it may be a bit longer in some cases. If there is a delay in processing your order we will let you know.

• After placing your order you will be sent an e-mail confirmation to the address listed in your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

• A further email will be sent when your order is dispatched

• Delivery is between Monday and Friday

• We are more than happy to write any particular instructions as instructed.  If you select to have your order left and you are not at home, then the responsibility for your order's security will be yours.

WHERE WE DELIVER TO:

Well&Ness is an Australian-based business,  we make deliveries to all addresses within Australia, NZ  and Worldwide. Well & Ness orders are shipped using Australia Post.

WHEN WE DELIVER:

Orders can take up to 10 business days to be delivered, depending on your delivery location. Please refer to the delivery timeframe displayed on your Australia Post tracking email for the most accurate ETA, and contact us at hello@wellandness.com.au if you have still not received your parcel after the timeframe displayed. For all delivery options very rural or country areas may usually take a day or two longer than any time frame outlined. All delivery times are estimates only and vary at different times of the year due to seasonal postage demands.  Any timeframe highlighted and promoted are an estimated guide from Australia Post.  We post out from VICTORIA.

We do not include receipts in our parcels, we only send digital receipts.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are an Australian company and post Australia wide & Internationally.

 

• Delivery costs vary depending on the country the parcel is being delivered to and the delivery method chosen. Well & Ness uses Standard Air Postage which includes tracking.  If an alternative form of postage is required contact customer service to discuss options. 

• An approximate idea of international shipping costs are estimated to be around $65. This varies depending on the weight and individual quotes are arranged.

• If an international order is entitled to a GST refund.  This will occur after payment and before order has been posted.

When posting internationally please check the customs guidelines for the specific country you are sending to. On rare occasions a fee to release the parcel may be issued, unfortunately we have no control over this and it is not across all countries and deliveries so it is impossible to predict. Mostly our international parcels go through without additional cost, but it is important we highlight this issue. We do not cover any customs or additional charges charged by the recipients country, this cost will need to be covered by the recipient.

TRACKING ORDERS

 

• All orders over $100 delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.  You will receive a copy of your tracking once your order has been sent.  If your order has not arrived please contact our customer service department for assistance of tracking at hello@wellandness.com.au

• International orders are sent with Standard Airmail service.  This service comes with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been posted. If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders sent internationally
