RETURNS and REFUND policy

​All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Australian orders
Our returns policy is associated with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, as we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees.

IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item to hello@wellandness.com.au

All returns:
We will accept returns and provide you with a refund, exchange or repair where the product is:

is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
-
significantly different to those shown or described to you, or
-
not fit for its intended purpose, or
-
unsafe.

We do not accept returns for items that have been opened or used or had the manufacturer's sealed packaging tampered with.

We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest of care and consideration of safety. But in the circumstance of your order arriving in a damaged state of items or error of goods received than ordered on line contact Well & Ness immediately to discuss replacement of goods.

Change of mind returns
Unfortunately we do not accept change of mind returns. Please shop and choose your items wisely

Any items returned that don’t comply with our above returns policy are unable to be refunded.

How we make the refund
Where an item is eligible for a refund, we will refund the price of the item to your original payment method.
Shipping costs for the order and return will not be refunded. It will be necessary for you to arrange and pay for your own return shipping.

Online orders must be returned by mail only. Return delivery address details will be shared as your return is processed.
​
Refund of your monies upon satisfactory condition of the item being received and meeting with the above requirements will take 14 days from the receipt of the returned item by us.

International orders
You will not be entitled to a refund for the cost of the item or postage and handling if you do not receive your order due to one of the following:

Your order is not collected, or

Your order is rejected at the border, or
-
Your order is returned to sender, or
-
Fees or duties are not paid by you
Certain items may be restricted in your country and may be withheld at the border. We are unable to remain across these import requirements for your country and it is your responsibility to ensure that what you order will be able to clear customs.

Warranties may not apply for certain goods purchased for use outside of Australia, except where required by Australian law.

We will then advise you of any further process required. Shipping costs for the returned item will be the owner's responsibility.
